  • We offer monthly review calls for our Smooth Sailing and Zen Finances clients, and quarterly calls for our Essential Start clients. We also provide email support throughout the month. If you’d like additional check-ins, we’re happy to craft a customized quote to ensure you’re fully covered.

    Once we’ve established this foundation, I’ll fall into a steady rhythm. You can expect minimal input each month — I’ll handle reconciliations, categorizing transactions, and preparing reports. Occasionally, I may reach out with a quick question for clarification, but I always strive to minimize interruptions so you can stay focused on running your business. And of course, you’re welcome to reach out to me anytime with questions or for additional support!

  • I do not file taxes myself, but I ensure your books are clean, accurate, and tax-ready. I can work directly with your CPA or tax preparer, and if you need referrals, I’m happy to connect you with trusted professionals.

  • Yes! We offer payroll support through Gusto and QuickBooks Payroll as an add-on service, including payroll setup, compliance checks, and ongoing processing. We’re certified advisors on both platforms.
